I hope not because my schnozz is already huge and I'm only 24. I wonder what Adrien Brody will look like at 65. HAHA

It's actually the cartilidge that keeps growing. Don't have a specific source, but I just remembering learning that. That's why many older people, especially men, have larger noses and ears.

Nose cartilage does continue to grow. I know someone who removed some of her septum but it grew back alittle after couple of years.

Take a look at the ears of some older men, they look huge. Not only that, they start sprouting hair.
