I have never thought dating via the internet is a wise move. This world is full of dubious characters and usually these sites are frequented by people who are not what or who they say they are. Such people as paedophiles have used internet chatrooms to groom their victims and rapists too have been known to use these sites to select their next victim.
If I were you, I would not touch any such site with a ten foot bargepole. Best to go out and socialise in your own local area with friends. Stay away from the internet for the purposes of looking for love and romance.

OK,so I'm going to be the only one to own up to trying that site! I'm not going to put you off, I have met some really nice people that are now great friends,yes you do get the odd weird and perverted person but those are few compared to the genuine,as long as your careful about who you chat to or meet then whats the harm. Yes,it is free for girls to send and receive messages,the men have to pay but a few get round that by trying to sneak their email address into their profiles! If you do try it then have a laugh,don't take it too seriously and enjoy!
