Despite terrorist bombings happened in 2002 and 2005, Bali still has regular visit by foreign tourists, mostly from Australia and Japan.. The very decent and very affordable price is an important reason why the demand will always be there.. But it's not the main reason, people who has visit Bali will surely like to come again, because it has the 'vibe' which so unique you won't find anywhere else on the planet.. It has the nature and it has the culture, packed in this island.. One can also easily find both traditions and contemporary entertainments in Bali..
I love Bali, i come there at least once a year..
I guess there's many people has the same idea like me, so I don't think Bali tourism will 'die' somewhere in the near future

Hi,
I would answer yes there is.
Bali has been known as a tourist-friendly island. People experienced Bali before will tell that those irresponsible bombing is from outsider.
Anyhow, local tourists still choose bali for holidays. Austalian tourist also still choose Bali because of distant.
Recently, Bali tourism office also launching "Bali is my life" campaign. With the concept of exposing Bali way of living, this campaign will encaurage culture exploration more than ever.
Why would they introduce this campaign? In my opinion, because they know thats what people (tourist) are interested in. Meaning, there is the demand!

The Balinese would certainly like the tourists back. The industry is really going down hill with the spate of bombings.
Personally, I love Bali. I'm back off there next year.
