What does the degree to which your steak is cooked have to do with the tip you leave???

if i order a filet ? and do not get exactly what you have ordered ? i will send it back immediatly ,if i am satisfied afterwards ? not sure ,for ,when i order a filet mignon , i do not expect an error .what is your question ? not sure ? are you speaking as a waiter ?
filet mignon is rarely eaten well done ....... ......;if you get your order the way you have ordered ? i tip very well ............otherwise ? ((

As a waite i find that there is a certain type or class of people who order their steaks well-done... lets call them old-school or uneducated. Sophisticated people know that a good steak is enjoyed medium to bring out the natural flavors. If you are serving a group that orders "well-done", they are either old, never eat out or not socialized... either way enjoy your 10% TIP.
