The Toyota Tacoma is by far the more reliable, dependable, longer lasting, cheaper to maintain and a total joy to own- especially in 4x4 version. It holds it's value longer and when you go to sell it in the future you will be happy with the resale value you get as a result. Unfortunately ford has it's hands in nissan, and as a result it shows up in the form of various little and sometimes huge costly repairs and reliability issues rear their ugly heads. For more info, visit your local book store, check out the book "Consumer Report's Guide to New and Used cars and trucks. You could also visit them online. You will see all recalls, and the ups and downs of owning both. Go Toyota all the way.

A Honda Ridgline. They are more reliable than both and they're a Honda. Also they have so much more cool features than both the Titan and Tucoma combined.
