You don't say how old you are, but you can just ask her if she'd like to do something on a weekend with you. Start with simple stuff like going to a get together with mutual friends or some school activity. If you go to a group function, both of you are less likely to feel awkward if there's nothing happening between the two of you. If you do something similar to that, and it goes well, try something like a movie ... either single date or a double date with friends.
Take one step at a time. If the feelings are mutual, you'll wind up hanging together. If she tells you she's busy every time you try to plan something, she's letting you know she's not interested in you as a close friend.

Just tell her openly and honestly, it might lead to some awkward moments, but it will be worth it cause you will finally have this burden off your shoulders.
Maintain the fact that whatever she decides you would still like her to be a friend.
Make sure your feelings are genuine though, and don't regret any rejects, keep in mind that failure is less frightening than having regrets.

listen, whatever you do, say it to her face to face and never use e-mails or messages. Do you want to know why never use e-mails or messages. Actually that happened to me and the girl did not reply the message which was worse than saying I am not interested so I did not know had she read the message or not. I felt as a brother that I had to give you that advice.

Well you should start by just dropping hints, than give her some complements,then say that you like her.....but if I were you I would make sure that shes interested so that you don't look like an idiot!

be normal talk 2 her a little bit and ask her random questions and have her ask you some and after a couple questions be like "wat do u think bout me" and then just come out and tell her that u like her. it might sound weird but thats how i told the guy i like that i like him
