Depends who the letter is to and what it is about.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I write to advise that in order that I may concentrate my energies on my coaching role I would request that any and all future correspondence be addressed to my wife, Mrs XXX XXXX. My wife will also respond to all correspondence after liaising with myself as appropriate.
I trust that this procedure will be to your satisfaction. Should you require any further details please do not hesitate to contact my wife at ADDRESS
Yours faithful
Mr Coach

It would be easier to help you if you gave us more details as to what type of letter you need.
Is this your football coach? Are you asking him to write a letter of recommendation? If so, is the letter for a job or for school or for what?
If you re-post your question with more information, people will be able to assist you better.

Dear parents,
I want to thank you for your support for both your child and the team. I enjoy coaching your children very much. Football is my passion, after my wife, of course. She wants to be involved with this thing that means so much to me and so from this point she will be handling all my correspondence. Please direct your phone or written correspondence through her and be assured that I will still be giving your concerns my attention, but this will enable me to focus more energy on the game.
Something in line of that I would not take exception to. You are bringing in your wife without ignoring parents concerns. You will still be dictating responses I assume. Make it about the welfare of their child and they will be okay.

Say please send all correspondence to: Wife's name, address, phone, email. This will sound professional, don't add anything about his wife taking all of his correspondence in the body of the letter, he doens't need to explain that, for example you can put "due to the busy schedual of Mr. Blablabla, all correspondence will be directed to: wife's name, address, phone, email."

Why not just write to the head Elephant keeper, and ask if it would be possible for your daughter to get close to an elephant when you visit the zoo on the ?? of ?? this year? He or she is only human. you won't be bitten for asking. Go for it: Be brave. I hope she has a magic day.

if you just want to know how to sign any letter you write for someone, when you close you write in his name then directly under his name you would put your initials in lower case letters. if you need help writing the letter itself, try looking for sample letters online.
