I have not particular religious afiliation and my boss takes every chance he gets to try to talk to me about going to church and having faith. I am not a bad person, I am not a wild person, I just choose not to practice a particular religion.

Tell him the freedom of the constitution permits you the power to have faith but not the same faith as his, which leads him to church service and to do all the things that he has the freedom to do

You choose to express your freedom your own way - and that is the only thing anyone should ever do.

And you're not interested in his church, and if you are, you'll let him know.

I commend you for being yourself and not conforming to the influence of others merely to conform.

I agree that it is very annoying when people push their values and beliefs onto you. Your boss should know better than to do this given his power over you. Just keep politely keep saying thank you but no thank you and hopefully he will give in.
I sometimes feel people want to convert people to their religion so they can feel their faith is justified, if they can get someone else to agree with their faith then they feel they are right so some extent.
I am about to get 20 thumbs down for that comment but I'm comfortable in my own beliefs.

Religion is man's failed attempt to reach God. And because of this religious people try to convince you that their way is the only way. Do not concentrate on religion but on a relationship with God. I used to be the same way until I found Christ. Now I do not have religion I have a relationship.

Do what you want to do! Tell your boss that if he keeps telling you the wonders of church that you will file a complaint because you feel you aren't being treated as an equal opportunity employee becasue of your religion.

That's because your boss has been brain washed in his church to spread the religion. If you visit these churches, you'll hear and see that they try to get their members to get more converters. Every newly converted member is given an applause.. looks very occult..

Well, one thing I have learned is that certain religions say that they are tolerant of other religions, but they really aren't. From personal experience, I have learned that alot of religions are not tolerant of you have no religion at all. And what your boss is doing is illegal. Talk to your higher ups about it and you could even possible sue him.

Lot's of people are like that and I think that's great. People always want you to learn about their church because they want to make other people feel as happy as they supposedly feel. Just tell them that you aren't ready for religion at this point in your life.

It seems the same when you're part of an atheistic philosophy/ religion. Christians (because they're the ones trying to do that to me) seem to want to constantly doom me to the deepest pits of Hell and preach to me if I don't want to repent, convert, pray and preach... because I'm a Satanist. Honestly people... I'm not shoving Satanism down your throats, so Hell, leave me alone.

It's a part of their religion, written right in the books that contain the words of their "god".

They can't practice their religion properly unless they do so.
