Do You Report the Advertisers who rush to be the first to Spam a question?

The answer is usually a cut-paste generic.

Im just curious.. reporting really does nothing because one can have a bunch of spam accounts.

I don't know why there is such thing as a REPORT button, yet nothing even happens. What's the point of it being there if it's absolutely useless?

I report so many spammers. All they do is give a "yes" or "no" or "Dump him" answer and then have their stupid website attached to that "answer."

It's annoying.
