No. There are no home remedies for this with dogs. I would get him to the vet very quickly for some antibiotics. Left along it can develop into fatal kidney failure.

If your dog already has an infection, the best thing to do is to take him to the vet for urinalysis and sensitivity tests. This will tell the vet how bad the infection is, if there are crystals in the urine (which can lead to blockage and/or stones) and which type of antibiotic is the best. Then, once your pooch is all better, then you can spend time researching home remedies and preventatives. UTI's in animals are no less uncomfortable and dangerous than in humans so you shouldn't spend time now trying things that may or may not work. You can also discuss preventative measures with the vet. If there are crystals in the urine, he may need to be on special food (and that food only---no treats!). Make sure to have the urine rechecked BEFORE the first course of antibiotics are gone, at least a day or two before, to make sure the infection is completely gone otherwise the leftover bacteria will just multiply and the infection will start all over again and you will have wasted that time and money on the first tests and meds. Good luck to you and your pooch!!

For quickest results a Vet consultation can make sure it isn't another infection or other infections as well and can prescribe an effective medication. Otherwise, large pet stores sell capsules with powdered cranberry and you can give your dog plenty of distilled water to drink.
I recommend the Vet though, because if the infection is bad enough the latter can be ineffective.
Here's a site with a specific herbal remedy for dog UTI:

My poor little kitten keeps on getting urinary tract infections & cystitis. I brought some cranberry tablets from a health food shop. obviously made for humans & give him half a tablet once a day (Adult dose is 2 tablets twice a day). He has been fine ever since we started with this, although he does have to have special food from the vets.

No, you need to get antibiotics after the vet does a sensitivity test to the baceria found in your dog's urine.
