There are several over-the-counter remedies that can help ... "Airborne" or "Cold-Eeze" can help fairly well. Both are packed with Vitamin C and Zinc to help your immune system kick some butt.

Hope you feel better soon!

Get some Cold-Eeze lozenges and take as directed. Also gargle with a good antiseptic mouthwash or Peroxyl 3-4 times a day. Elderberry and/or Echinacea are good for colds. Take 1 gram of vitamin C 3-4 times a day while feeling sick, and 1-2 grams a day for prevention after.
Good luck! (Drink lots of water and try to rest).

Welcome to the club: Your in the same boat as many others this time of year. All you can do is lots of rest, eat as much as you can but don't over stuff. Drink lots of liquids so as not to dehydrate. Start something like I guess "Tera-flu" I guess one is just as good as the other. I would say rest is the important thing so the body can rejuvenate. Don't push it when you feel better. Stay away from others.
