Hey my hair is dry. Tell me the Tinic, Fuits and other diet name that can improve my hair.
I am 26 yrs old and no effiency found in my blood test.

when my hair gets dry i use coconut oil, egg yolk and mayonaise; its messy but it works soooooooo well!! so you pretty much just slather on the coconut oil, egg yolk and mayonaise onto your hair one at a time until all three are on your hair. make sure you work the mixture into your roots and your ends! hope this works for you!! also drink a lottttt of water and take vitimins.

Deep condition at least once a week.
Stay away from hair damaging things. (flat irons, blow dryers etc.)
Only wash it everyother day. More than that and you could over dry your scalp.
Take some vitamins.
Drink more water.

I pour olive oil all over my hair, then wrap it up in a towel for as long as you have.(an hours good) then shampoo out. Also drink lots of water, take a multi, and extra c, e, and calcium

i wash my hair every other day and still condition it every shower...using brands that are designed for dry hair.
some ppl love mayo, but it is messy.
let it air dry when possible
drink lots of water
take vitamins
Aloe Vera
change shampoo brands every few times you buy it

well i dont know if its just me but i just started using sunsilk and it works great...i have the shampoo and cream.. i use to have dry hair and burned with split ends and now it looks healthy
