I wouldn't say that lust has to be involved, but I would say some sort of physical attraction. A guy and a girl can talk all they want and have everything in common, but if there's not attraction, it will pretty much just stay a friendship and never progress into anything more.

Most people here don't know what the word precede means. Grassy would say that most men try to get the girl in the sack to see if they are compatible. Falling in love is the emotions attached. Grassy would say you are right Sweetsmile, most who have sex fall in love. You are the Mistress of Love. So smart. I am your devoted fan dear.

Yes it does. When you first see someone, it's lust.
Love develops over time.
Love is more than just your first impression on someone.
It's a mature feeling. It's not the immature feeling of lust and infatuation.
It's getting to know who that person is, it's getting comfortable with that person, it's sharing goals in life, it's everything.

Sometimes. but not always. I have a old boy friend I wouldn't mind hooking up with just for fun but please don't call me in the morning. I really can stand his personlity once I got to know him. But he sure does great between the sheets.

No, it doesnt have to, but I can almost guarentee you that a relationship without it will be about as happy as someone who got smacked in the face with a sledge hammer.
