Speaking from experience... Time is the greatest healer. But keep yourself busy, stay positive. I found that exercise was the best thing for me. It helps to stop depression setting in. I also started a few different college courses, like reflexology, Indian head massage and practiced yoga and pilates. I know they all helped. Hope this helps. It will get easier

Think of this, in years to come, you will be with someone much better, a couple of kids who you love more than you know you could love anyone. Thats how i feel, and i thought my world had ended twice before. now ive been married for 10 years and im so glad i was dumpted by the other 2. My missus is the best and my kids mean more to me than my own life. Time will prove me right. Your heart will mend and you'll be stronger for it.

SELF RELIANCE IS THE KEY TO HAPPINNESS
this is a great advice that i tell myself all the time.its not just during breaking off but throught one's life.
as been adviced by many others time will heal.and keeping yourself busy actually puts you into a different world that u will never think about past.when i broke off the inital 2-3 days were hard, but then i involved and engaged myself more into my work.then the pain was gone .

There's no quick fix I'm afraid.
First bestb thing to do is-ACCEPT IT'S OVER.
Once you have hit this milestone you will be fine. I totally recommend a book called 'it's called a breakup coz it's broken'. It's quite a new release so you should have no problem finding it.
It'll make you laugh and cry but by god it helps!

You never really get over someone you love, or else you never really loved them. All you can do is learn to live with it. Youll never really stop loving them, unless you have amnesia.
