just the frame or including the chassis?

the complete '65 deville convertible Weight is: 4690 lb (2127 kg) so I would imagine the chassis would be roughly half that. the frame should not be very heavy alone maybe 200 pounds? if you are talking about the shell or the body of the car(not including front fenders), without anything else it might be a little more 400lbs? these are just guesses.
