Three options:
One- simply go up to her and ask if she wants to go out with you. Btw this one USUALLY doesn't work.
Two- get to know her a bit, be friendly, then ask if she wants to be more than just friends
Three- walk close trip and land near her and hope she's got a compassionate heart. Otherwise you just gave yourself a couple bruises for nothing.

if not shy ask her in person ...if your shy ask on the computer type her an email.....if you don't have it ask for her email address an dthen ask her
