You can get little scissors just for nose hair. they have a rounded tip

buy a mens grooming kit ( it contains file. clippers etc and also a scissor with blunt edges) its especially for trimming nose hairs!

They make clippers and usually cheap that you can clip the hairs. They are also good for trimming the eyebrows.
