nothing, people will still believe their delusions. There are people out there who still dismiss evolution as false, even though it is accepted by over 99.8% of the scientists who work in biology.

Science did not create the earth. Even if you leave God out of it, you can't say science, "the collective and proven theories of beliefs," created the earth, since a belief doesn't create. If you have to use a single word, nature created the earth.

As for science creating life. Consider this:

How would science create life?

With theories and proven principles: those are laws of nature.
With scientific machinery: those are machines that operate and control forces(or nature)
With scientists: those are humans, created by (let's keep it simple) nature.
With a laboratory: that is a building created by controlling physical forces.

So in the end, science would create life by controlling forces of nature. Is this bad? Does this somehow go against life or nature or the idea of God? Isn't nature always controlling its own forces, when a species lives in a forrest rather than on a mountain, or by an ocean rather than a desert?

My point is, the bible remain as it always was, a book, and science remains what it is, a collective and growing belief in the forces of nature.

I don't believe they ever will, however, I don't think that the bible precludes this as a possiblity. Man was after all created with the ability to create and we alread create "life" in the form of thinking machines, afterall isn't that really what all animals are, thinking machines? It the presence of a soul/spirit that makes man unique and is what give us the image of God. So basically all it will prove is that life can be "intelligently designed". As for the experiment you refer to, it doesn't mean much. Since when does throwing a few reactants into a sealed environment and adding a catalyst which causes them to react with eachother prove anything?

There is absoulutely no doubt bout the cell evolution theorie but the real secret of god lies in the deep secret of this evolution and even before in the conditions that allowed its evolution. As to the bible it will stay as it is in fact it is a devine philosophy of the presence of god.(As for proofs no Scinetist nor Dr have ever cam to an explanation of miracles which in fact a living proof for presence of god and the divine reality of the bilble)

Blame this one on my pastor, he told it last week...

Recently, a group of scientist announced that they could duplicate the "creation" of man. They had discovered how to take common dirt, separate the elements, and reassemble them into a person. They also declared that by doing this, they had made God obsolete.

The next day they received a request from God to compare their technique to his. So a week later they meet at a lab to demonstrate their abilities.

God went first, scooping up a handful of dirt, breathing on it, and a man simple appeared within the swirling dust.

Not to be outdone, the scientist hooked up their machines, and mixed their chemicals, and carefully measure they dirt they would need and stirred it into the mixture. It took several hours, hundreds of dollars in chemicals and thousand in machinery, but finally, when they opened the lid, out came a perfect human being.

God looked at them, clapped, and said, "Very good. Now lets see you do it again with your own dirt."

Just think about what you said, "successful in CREATING a living cell....
In fact they already did. This proves CREATION.
Where did the petre dish come from? The medium? The lab? The chemicals???
Open your eye and you will see the truth!

Well, they would have used the brain God gave them to take chemicals created by God to make a living thing. Guess at that point God will see that we have achieved Godhood and wipe out the inferior versions of human and join with us on Earth to party the eons away.

Got news for you... scientists have already produced a living cell in a laboratory. Have you ever heard of cloning?

No matter what man creates or no matter how lofty men think they are. It always comes back and bites them in the butt. Because God is in control.

Amino acids are far from the complexity cells, but if they ever do create cells in a lab that would not discredit God's existence.

NO one will ever be able to master what God has created here on Earth. We've made robots but compare them to people. People (who God made with his own hands) control the robots in which we make. No matter how much we try God is superior to us and we should respect him for that and admire him with awe.

i would still back teh Bible. Cuz that will never happen. God said that His word is true completely true and what u just said will never happen. No scientist will ever be able to back up their dumb evolutionary theory.
