I am a heterosexual Christian and it would be fine with me, I am not the one who judges.

All should be accepted into a church, although their lifestyle is something that they should be prepared to leave behind. Homosexuality is a sin by biblical standards, but so is lying, cheating, stealing, and a host of other things that "Christians" do everyday. It's time that people began to listen to the word of god, and stop making excuses for their own comfort and this goes for those in a church and outside of one.
This is not a "hate" message. I do not hate anyone. Jesus himself did not hate the Pharisees, although he preached strongly against their actions. Christians do not hate anyone. People who claim to be Christians do though.

True Christians would. In my hometown, there are several gay couples (and singles!) that attend church and are welcomed by the congregation and the priests. I think most people understand that whatever we do on this world, we answer to God for it eventually, whether it is right or wrong (this is NOT a commentary on homosexuality, only a statement that none of us is perfect and how we live our lives does catch up to us).

I believe that this is a question every Christian must ask himself or herself. While the Bible says that homosexuality is an abomination, I believe there are also the words, "Judge not lest ye be judged." I believe that God wants us to love all of our brethren regardless of their sins, and he doesn't want us to turn anyone away from His flock. While I would not want a homosexual person in the priesthood of my church, I would never turn someone away from the church simply because of their sexual preference. If everyone who sinned and continued to sin was turned away from churches, the doors would never be opened.
(I am a member of the Community of Christ, formerly the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.)

Sure, I would. Homosexuals need forgiveness just as badly as anyone else. What I wouldn't appreciate is someone making a big show of their sinful lifestyle, as if they were proud of their disobedience to God.
By the way, from the maliciously offensive "questions" you've posted, I'd guess you and Jesus don't have a very close relationship. I urge you to repair that relationship soonest.

No. Despite the fact that Jesus wanted everybody to follow him, most evangelical church people will protest gay people, any time. Some of the more liberal churches are a bit more accepting, but for the most part, the intolerant attitudes rule. So, I guess it is an exclusive social club for most church people.

Yes they have done so. I read about a homo that got religion and he gave up his sexual habits for the lord jesus. That is the only way they will be excepted and welcomed into a church by some. You say you would, but would the church you go to accept them?

As members? No. But they should feel free to come and listen to Bible lectures. Maybe they will help homosexuals see the need to change their lifestyle.

Do you believe that the Bible is the word of God?
I don't see how you can be a Christian and believe like you do? Maybe you just think you are a Christian, have you considered this?

The church and the Christians I know probably would accept them, but as a person who is struggling with sin. If that person would not actively try to eliminate that sin from his life, they would probably reject him until he is willing to try.
