Angry about many things really - the traffic, people, etc. There is absolutely no point though to think about it now, but it is difficult not to. Sometimes the anger appeared again subconsciously. Any help on this?

How about watching a good funny sit-com with your favourite beverage?
Or how about focusing your negative energy to obtain a desirable result?
It is okay to be angry as long as you acknowledge it and work towards making things better.
Don't worry about it and let it fizz out with time.

Plan something after work when you have a stressful day. That way you have something to look forward too and a distraction. It could be little things like taking the dog for a walk to going to the movies with friends.

Anger seems to be the emotion that arises when your will is frustrated or someone or something derogates your self esteem. It seems to be a primitive preparation to eliminate that that frustrates you. Rather than give in to it and do something socially unacceptable do something which will "act out" your subconscious hostile will toward the other. Go to the golf driving range, buy a bucket of balls and drive them. Imagine a face (of your inconsiderate boss?) on each ball as you belt him or her out of the golf course. This may appease your hostile self and restore your self image.

I have the SAME problem. As simple & cheesy as it sounds what helps me is to get outdoors and take a walk right after I get home. Although Im tired and just want to jump in the shower and turn on the tube this is much more relaxing, when I get back home I feel refreshed.
Good Luck

I have lots of little tricks...listening to my favorite music, some exercise, or a new thing I have is called a "stress bag" and I have things inside it that will make me smile or laugh...a picture of my favorite beach, a smiley face bouncy ball, a favorite joke, one liners, incense, chocolate and when I am feeling tense I just reach in the bag and whatever I pull out is something to help my re-focus.

I have the same problem, dude...unfortunately, the only solution I have is distracting myself with a movie or a book. Or call up a friend and go out...somewhere nowhere NEAR where you work. Distraction is the key no matter what. If you come up with anything new though, let me know.

Buy a punching bag, seriously being violent will release your anger, just don't be violent towards others channel all your anger into beating the crap out of the punching bag.

Turn on the music really loud, and dance like crazy or try watching TV, or go to the movies with a girlfriend... Try those things and I bet they will work!
