Such an open ended question. It really depends on how well you know her, along with a lot of different things. Sometimes "hello" is enough. Here is one I heard recently, though I might be a bit off.

First compliment her on something like say you like her style and then walk away. us girls find it attractive when guys don't try to hid on us. So walk away if she don't tell you anything then try talking. Small talk is the best way to start. Start saying hi everytime you see her then start smiling. I think thats sooo cute.
