Sweetie, men HATE receiving clothes for Christmas, that's something that his mom would do!

Buy him a DVD that he likes, a recently released video game, or a CD.

You can never go wrong with electronics. An mp3 player would be a great option (nowadays you can buy them pretty cheap), a new cellphone is a good idea too.

Men love tools. Yeah, I know what you think, that they are boring gifts, NOT for men! (boring gifts for a men are, well, clothes). Buy him a saw, a pressure washer, a fancy flashlight! I've seen a pretty awesome swiss knife with a memory stick drive incorporated! Believe it! I think that would make a great man gift.

I hope this helps, Good luck

Sometimes its really hard to find the right present for your significant other. The first year we had a home, I bought my husband a Mr. Lincoln bareroot rosebush (his favorite).

Does he have a favorite local sports team that you could get really good tickets to one of their home games? Does he like video games? My husband (53 and sons 23 and 17) love World of Warcraft, which has an upgraded version that is supposed to come out in Mid January (you can give him a certificate good for the game and a few months of on line play time...

Buy him clothes for YOU that he'd like. ;-)

Gift certificates also work - many guys would rather pick out exactly what they want than get something heartwarmingly and carefully chosen by you. Sad to say, but...

Try asking his parents for some ideas. They've known him longer th an you, they probably have some great ideas.

Christmas is not about gifts. It's about being with the people you love. Having said that...Does he have a favorite football team? Tickets would be a hit. Try ebay.

Try a photo of yourself that is framed. Maybe a sexy one for the bedroom or a nice one for his desk. If he likes chocolate like mine does then try to find that huge 5 pound Hershey's bar. Atleast he can eat that when he wants and doesn't have to find a place to put something that won't be used. Does he do sports? If he golfs, buy him a round of golf. If he likes hockey buy tickets for a game, etc.

Magazine subscription? He must read something? Even if it's a bit of a pervy mag with nude women in it (they are actually really cool mags if you read them and the pics of the girls great for makeup ideas) he will love you for getting him that, and how cool a wife would you look?
