On there own????!!!?? i hope not. i think the world has gone crazy ppl. 15 yr old ok not too bad but 13!!!!!!!! actually no 15 no also. i dont care how responsible they are unless they r bodybuilders r black belt in karate to protect themselves leave them at home r go wit em. a lot of crazy ppl out there
