No it has not been proven but some people will believe whatever thay want to believe. I did believe for a long time but now I do not.
If there is a God then he is a deadbeat dad for abandoning us the way he has.

I highly doubt it's been proven because it'd make worldwide news. And no... I don't believe that there is a god. I think gods were created LONG ago to explain things that no one could figure out like the sun, the rain, the ocean's waves, etc... now many people do not have faith because these can be explained scientificly. OR god(s) were created by very clever people that knew the best way to control a civilization was to make them believe a higher power would strike them down if they disobeyed.
So yea, there's a short summary of my beliefs on that subject.
I'm open to other's ideas though so if anyone thinks they have a good arguement then please e-mail me or something. Thanks!

Yes i do. There are things that cannot be proven. What would be the proof of god if He existed?
There are things in the science world that are starting to support the possibilty. Dark energy for one.
Lets say that this universe was all there was. How could you prove that? How could you ever prove there is nothing else out there?

No I do not, and I do not because I can prove that there are no deities:
For knowledge to exist, three facts must be accepted as true:
- Math & Logic are valid
- Direct observations or aided observations supported by Math & Logic are valid
- Supernatural existence, if real, does not involve itself in the natural realm (otherwise, any 'fact' could be changed by the interference -- say by the God of Gravity changing his mind on how strong it will be tomorrow).
Free will can thus be shown to be false:
- The mind is a consequence of the physical nature of the brain (Nonsupernatural causation axiom).
- Quantum physics contains a truly random component (Mathematical axiom)
- All observations can be expressed mathematically (Mathematical axiom).
- All principles causal to observations can be expressed mathematically (Mathematical Axiom).
- All mathematical expressions can be evaluated (Mathematical Axiom).
- An evaluation need not be deterministic, it can be stochaistic, that is, describing 'probabilities'. (Statistical mathematics).
- Since quantum physics can affect the human brain, and thus mind, the human state is mathematically stochaistic (consequential)
- If the quantum randomness is rescoped to be viewed as an input, the human brain ceases to be stoichasitic and is deterministic. (statement of rescope)
- A deterministically computable system is incapable of escaping its previous states, and produces outputs based on a computable result of the previous state and current inputs.(Turing-Church Thesis)
- Determinism counters free will. (By definition)
- Free will is not possible. (consequential)
- If a deity exists, free will is a natural consequence. (axiomic, potentially debatable. However, a deity that creates intelligence without free will cannot hold its creation responsible)
- Free will does not exist, therefore, deity does not exist. (modus tollens).
The idea of a god existing is disproven logically.
-----------
I welcome comment for anyone who sees any weaknesses or flaws. I've been using this over three weeks now and no one seems able to find a flaw in it. Only one person's bothered and we're at something of a deadlock over a small related detail, but otherwise the logic is sound.

I believe that there is not a god.
It has never been proven that there is due tolack of proof.
It has never been proven that there is not because it is scientifically impossible to prove a negative. For instance, I cannot prove to you that zeus, thor, the flying spaghetti monster and the orbiting teapot god do not exist, but christians will take these things as a given.

I believe in the Living Spirit of the Universe. This is a reflection of my own Wiccan faith. Neither I nor anyone else can prove or disprove the existence or nature of a Supreme Being or Beings. Allow me to explain:
Proof or disproof are necessarily operations of human cognition. Human capacities of perception, interpretation, and comprehension are utilized for proof or disproof, and in fact, proof or disproof occur only within the confines of human consciousness. A transpersonal reality such as "God" or "Goddess" (as some religions term Him, Her, It, or Them) by definition transcends human understanding. We are empirically aware that the Universe extends beyond our capacity to perceive it, even using our most sophisticated tools; we are also aware that its complexity exceeds our capacity for cognitive processing, even by our brightest minds. Therefore, our cognition cannot encompass even the physical Universe, and therefore certainly cannot encompass a Divine reality that is immanent in or transcendent of that physical Universe.
So the "God" of which you speak has never been proven or disproven. It is a matter of personal faith and belief, and free choice.

Once a group of people who believed in no God went for a boat ride.
They were doing just fine, till they were hit with a severe storm.
They all were calm at first, but the storm refused to die out, it kept getting worse.
Fearing for their lives, they started asking someone for help...Who was that someone who would hear their pleas?
It could be none other than God Himself.

Ghosts, spirits, gods, and afterlives haven't been proven to my satifaction. There's not enough hard evidence and I doubt there ever will be.
There are tons of believers, but belief is easy. It's the questioning that's the hard part.

No I don't and no it hasn't. To be honest i think even if the existance (or lack of) god could be proven people would still choose to ignore it.

without a doubt
The more advanced we become, the less credible
science holds up to answer those un-answered theories
but also, from personal experiences, I have had too many
to count, too many miracles in my lifetime, one is the sithsteen
chapel in the Vatican, That is a miracle, that Michael Angelo
painted that entire ceiling on his back and he wasnt a painter
he was a sculpture! anyone that doesnt believe in God should
look up that story and see that ceiling
