It is a Pallas Athena by Venus...The gown # is hand written and kind of hard to read...but its either 9746 or 974b. It has been discontinued so it is hard to find It has a corset top and the skirt is tulle and very puffy.
If you have any ideas of where to look please let me know!

That handwritten thing on the tag is probably not the gown #. At least, its the number that the store is calling the gown #, but the designer probably uses a different number. Stores do this so that people can't find the designer's gown number and find the dress somewhere else.
