Check with your doctor but I would probably say you anemic.

No I'm sure it a underlying illness that just needs to be addressed. Especially if you are eating well meaning no junk foods of any kind. If that is the case eliminate junk foods and then see if there is a change. Amazingly the saying, "You are what you eat," is very true.

As far as the clumsy part sometimes you have to pay a little more to your surroundings. If your mind is always running on things that you have to get done its easy to stumble when your not paying attention to what you are doing in the mean time. This could also be the reason why you cant sleep. Maybe you are a little stressed out and need to relax a little.

Good luck.

I don't think so. The word 'crazy' determines someone with a mental problem. Any mental rpoblem. But to be crazy, is not bad. And all those things you say you have, are probably a body thing. Maybe you have an important illness. You should go to a doctor and talk about it with him.

Wish I could say all the above...then I wouldn't have to go to work or have a damn good excuse not to! Lay off the sweets, and while you're at it, the caffeine too!

plan out a daily routine
possibly start it simple and add more things to the routine until you have realized your tolerance level

if that doesnt alleviate things
talk to your doctor

This sounds neurological to me. I'd suggest seeing your doctor for a referral to a neurologist who can pin-point what is happening to cause your symptoms.

Hope you feel better soon!
