Yes, Mrs. or Ms. Depending on their choosing really. If addressing before a crowd, ask her first. But I would go with Mrs. if it was with only a couple people or at the last minute.

Still Mrs, but maybe you could switch to Mrs Sally Jones instead of Mrs Tom Jones, since Tom is no longer in the picture.
