Man, do I know how you feel! It is frustrating when things move around on you. :)
Ok, this is a simple thing to fix.
First, right click on the task bar and make sure there is no check mark next to "Lock the taskbar".
Second, drag the taskbar to the bottom of the screen by right clicking and hold, then release when you get it to the bottom.
Third, right click on the task bar and check the mark next to "Lock the taskbar". This will lock it in place to insure it won't be accidentally moved again. Hope this helps.

1) Right click on a blank spot on the taskbar and make sure it is unlocked.
(It's probably locked, but just to be sure: If there is a check mark next to "Lock the Taskbar" it is LOCKED -- If there is no check mark there, it is UNLOCKED.)
2) Left Click on blank spot on the taskbar, hold and drag to the bottom, then let go.
Your taskbar should now be on the bottom. To lock it there, right click blank space on taskbar and choose "Lock the Taskbar".

Left-click on a blank space on the taskbar and hold it down. While still holding it down, drag your mouse toward the bottom of the monitor.

Click on a part of it that doesn't have any icons and drag it down to the bottom of your screen.

Click and drag it back to the bottom. just click and hold on to it and just drag it. it happens all the time to us when the kids get on the pc

go to tools and unlock the toolbars and in a empty space on the toolbar right click(or left click depending on your mouse set-up) and drag to the bottom.It's that easy
