U.S Government identify the Industries and Markets who hire these workers and automatically deduct a certain percentage to cover the expenses of health care facilities that are used by these workers.

I think this should be made into law, this way Companies are made cover the bills and not taxpayers.

They get a bill. they do purely no longer pay it because of the fact they have not got SS variety and it won't manage to be traced because of the fact their jobs won't manage to work out the SS variety is faux and we gained't garnish their verify because of the fact we expect of they get the comparable rights as electorate. Illegals should not be secure with the aid of our rules. we could continually have the means to type them while they arrive right into a well being facility and bill their enterprise for the debt. The employers could get genuine careful in the event that they had to p.c.. up the bill.

Two things:

1) Employers who hire illegal immigrants should be prosecuted and made to cover the expense of said prosecution as well as any costs related to deportation and government expenses caused by illegal immigrants while they are here, (i.e. any government assistance given to the illegals or expenses caused by ANY other illegal activities the the illegal immigrants may be involved in)

2) Methods to sponsor working VISAS, (i.e. J-1), should be made readily available for anyone willing to employ extrantionals for ANY job stateside. These extranationals would be able to work for any LEGAL wage and would be eligible for protection from unfair labor acts from the law as well as contributing to our government as opposed to simply taking advantage of it. These should include the possibility for working VISAS for anything from field workers to housekeepers and child care to rocket scientists and anything in between. The fact that so-called "supermodels" have head of the line privileges for working VISAS along with rocket scientists strikes me as reprehensible. Fair and equal treatment. If someone is willing to legally sponsor someone from another nation for legal emplyment they should be given a clear and simple way of doing so. If someone is employing or being employed here illegally they should be prosecuted and held accountable.

No way, regardless if they are here or not. The point is they should not be here. We would only be giving them an incentive to stay illegal, or for more illegal immigrants to come into this country out of yours and mine pockey buddy!

Absolutely not! Employers who hire illegals should be heavily fined on first of offense and minimum sentence of a year in prison the second.

No the illegals should be fired, then deported. Those that employ the illegal immigrants should be fined, and or jail, and maybe even the business closed.

No the employers of illegals should be jailed, the workplace subject to confiscation and subsequent auction and the illegal deported.

Companies who hire illegals should be able to provide them with affordable insurance. That is the reason why some hospitals are shutting down, not enough funds to support them (illegals). At one point, I agree with you, in regards covering the costs on bills, the company needs to be liable for it.
