My church includes a "bookstore" which sells Christian books, music and CDs of services. I have no problem with that. In fact, I ran the bookstore for several years. My pastor will often recommend good books or when we have guest speakers or musician in they will have material available. It is nice to have a place right there where you can get the material while you are still thinking about it.

It also includes a Starbuck, which is open an hour before and an hour after services. It is a nice place to visit with friends for a few minutes, or buy my grandson a treat while his mom isn't looking (LOL). It is also used for membership classes, men's meetings, etc. It is nice to have a place where you grab a coffee or a coke to sip during the meeting. We also have it open a couple nights a week as either a singles or a youth hangout, and sometimes will have a band in to perform. (Plus free Internet is you bring your laptop).
