I don't believe that your typical person would be able to defend their belief system thoroughly without any prep time unless it was their job to do so. I don't even think one could give an adequate description of it with no prep time because these things are so complicated.

I could explain my beliefs to anyone at any time. I wouldn't be open to debating what I believe. I never mind discussing it. I think too many people try to explain a whole religion instead of trying to explain their personal beliefs. Within one church each person can have a slightly different take on what is discussed and believed. The best is to allow others to believe and live as they choose.

YES, I would. I am most confident that I know the Lord my GOD my savior. Therefor I shouldn't be affraid to admit that I'm a Christian and goes to church and worships the good Jesus all the time.

and I would need absolutly no prep time.
DO YOU KNOW JESUS CHRIST?

I believe God's holy spirit would give me the right words at the time I need them. If I had advance notice I would use it, however, just so I would feel prepared.

Not only I could, but every single Witness I know would be able to, and do, at the drop of a hat to any one who will listen! :)

No because what I believe cannot be put into words. Words cheapen it.
