When I'm at work I'm always being shocked (static). What can I do for this to stop?

Don't drag your feet, wear rubber shoes or soles with rubber bottoms. Normally, you can add a humidifier to add mositure in the air, but since it's at work, that may not be possible. Dry air will cause static shocks.

Here's what works for me: take a penny in your fingers, and touch the penny to a metallic surface like a doorknob or whatever it is that shocks you when you touch it. The electrostatic discharge travels from the penny to the metal surface and you don't get the shock.

Generally, static build-up is an indication of overly dry conditions. Like here in LA, when a Santa Ana condition is on and the humidity is way down, that's when static builds up and you're more likely to get a shock. Humidifying your environment, if that's possible, will cut down on shocks.

Otherwise, pick up your penny and use it.

See if you're scooting your feet on the carpet. Or rubbing your butt in your chair :)
