Yes, in most places the 15 y/o is considered a minor. The guy can go to jail if anything happens. Wait a few years until she's old enough to vote.
A similar question was asked yesterday. One person said it was fine, so of it got picked as best answer. Scary. Very scary.

Umm you may wan tto flow in another united states of america. India and a couple of South AMerican international places have rules the place that stuff is criminal. Personaly i might say wit till at last she is 22 specific I pronounced 22. To be honest it gepends on how mature you both are, the guy in the relationship is going to want to go out and party and the girls just might want to go to the movies with her girl friends it honestly depends i cant tell you if its wrong or its right it all depends on you
