You need to make sure that you protect yourself before you begin. Then you sit with a pen or pencil and a piece of paper. Clear your mind and let your hand just start moving. You can just start writing nonsense words. Letting your hand just loop across the paper. You can also do this on your computer. Just use Word and start typing. Letting your mind remain blank and your hands just do as they wish. When you read back what you have written/typed you will see words and groups of words. It takes practice and a truly quiet and open mind. There are a lot of good sites on the web. Do a little research and give it a try if it really seems like something you can learn from. There are many tools for us to use so we can grow and learn. Don't fear anything just educate yourself on it and make sure you are careful.

I've tried something similar to what you describe. You simply take a pen and paper and write randomnly with out thinking about it. The important thing is to not concentrate on what you're actually writing. My effort were a jumbled mass of gibberish with no logic whatsoever. Its called free association I think. Freud was a proponent of this activity. It may amuse you but I don't think its well regarded in science nowadays. Just a bit of fun I guess.

it's not a good idea to try and do it on your own. you need to go to people who deal with this sort of thing. you don't know what you would be doing and could call up spirits that you never meant to. you got the internet so do some research on the subject. wouldn't suggest that you go about it on answers.

I'd say don't. But then I have a paranoia about any ghost getting control of any part of my body for any amount of time. It's like using a Ouija board but with different possible consequences.
