God is a Spirit, Holy, Eternal, Infinite, Omnipresent, Omniscient, Omnipotent, Truth, Just, Righteous, Life, Unchangeable, Sovereign, Love, Faithful, Merciful and Provident. Maybe this verse will help, Psalms 111:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments; his praise endureth forever.

Hmmmmm....no, God is not the Universe. God created the universe, and gave it an existence apart from Himself. He remains a separate entity from the Universe, and may have easily created other, different, universes, each with their separate existences.
God, being all-knowing, would not HAVE to learn about Himself.

God is a mythical being invented to explain the unexplainable. The universe doesn't exist to "learn about itself". It just exists. Humans are an accident.

no..God does not = universe.
that would imply that that God is not a being but merely a bunch of space, not to mention bound to the laws of itself (give the universe is bound by the laws of physics).
the universe is creation not the "creator".
God exists infinitely outside of time and space...which is why our finite minds do circles trying to explain and understand him.
you cannot pour God into a human mindany more than you can pour the ocean into a glass.

No all-knowing implies complete knowledge, complete knowledge does not mean that their if a finite amount of knowledge in the creation. It means that whatever amount of knowledge there is God knows it and understands it. Knowledge is not finite meaning only a certain number of beings can posses it. Knowledge is infinite meaning there is no limit. And God is infinite and thus has knowledge of all. There is nothing outside his knowledge and there is nothing new to God.
No surprises, and no mistakes.

No. God knows all and is everywhere, but God is not everyTHING. Got CREATED everything so that all honor and glory may be given to Him. How could God's creation be a part of Himself? Rather, He created it for His own pleasure, and left mankind with a choice - to worship Him, or to deny Him.

God is the universe. Asking the question what is god? is like asking a fish what is the water that surrounds it.

An interesting concept. But equally it could be said that if god is everywhere and in everything but shows no direct power over anything then he is effectively nothing.

There's no necessary connection between saying "God is all knowing" and saying "God is the universe." God could be distinct from the universe and yet know everything.

Does not follow. Knowledge is obviously not the same thing as existence: you can know about something without being a part of it.
