this is an easy one I just did the same thing. first do a search for the prisons in that city. Go to the jail main page and it should say or give a link to the inmates. You will need approximate date of birth and first and last name but it will give you all thier info and a pic. Then the prisoner number is the number you would put on the envelope to write them .....good luck

You mean in City, County or the Prison. You call the courthouse crimal division in whatever county and the Prison system in Huntsville, TX

look at the Texas department of corrections website...i believe you can look up the person by last name or prison id number.

ITS JUST DEPENDS WAT COUNTY, CITY HE IS IN SO GET THAT INFORMATION AND YOU SHOULD NARROW DOWN YOUR SEARCH, THERE IS WAY TOO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM
