how to take a computer scene picture using the computer itself?

If you mean take a snapshot of how the screen looks, simply press the "print screen" button on your keyboard. Then go to Microsoft word, email, or microsoft paint and hit and v at the same time, or go to Edit -> Paste.

I think what you are looking for is a "screenshot" There is software out there that will help you with this, like SnagIt.

BUT you can do it for free by pressing the "PrtScn" button on your keyboard. This will copy an image to the clipboard, now you just paste it into any image editor, crop the part you don't want (if need be) and save it...

The "Print Screen" function on your keyboard will do it. Take your screenshot with it, then paste it into Paint or some sort of imaging program.
