It depends on what I'm doing.
If I'm sitting in my office, working on my computer, then about 72 degrees F is most comfortable.
If I'm outside and I'm working hard in my garden, 68-70 degrees F is great as long as the humidity is 40% to 60%.
If I'm outside lazing in the sun, 80 degrees F with about 60% relative humidity is perfect.
At night, I prefer a temperature of around 68-70 degrees F with 40-60% relative humidity, maybe even a little cooler if the day was very hot.
It all just depends.

I'm used to hot temperatures. I live in Puerto Rico. The thing that's really annoying is the humidity.
I would prefer 65-70 F, but it's usually above 80 F.
God bless you
