If Humans were made from dirt (Adam) and ribs (Eve) why is there still dirt and ribs?

Question in homage to Chippy108, you really made me laugh.

People clearly labouring under a serious misconception about evolution often ask, " If we are evolved from apes why are there still apes about"

So if it's good enough for them to ask daft questions it's good enough for me to ask this question isn't it?

Point being - a creationist wouldn't believe that we "evolved" from dirt and ribs, therefor they could all still exist.
Evolutionists, however, believe in "survival of the fittest", right?
So if something better came from or evolved from something else, wouldn't that make the "something else" part of the "natural selection" to become extinct?

God didn't wish airborne dirt and airborne dirt and mud, yet He used airborne dirt and airborne dirt and mud. He did create Adam from no longer some thing because the airborne dirt and airborne dirt and mud which Adam became created from got here from no longer some thing. understand, God created Adam from the earth because Adam turned right into a mundane creature. Simple. God didn't use all the dirt in the world to make Adam, and He didn't use all of Adam to make Eve.
