You need to check for voltage at the fuse and at the back of the radio. It could be a bad wire. Either your positive wire or your ACC wire. You can check voltage on the ACC wire only when the key is turned to on. The ACC wire is generally yellow. If you have voltage and they are all good connections, then you need a new radio. 12 years is about 150 in car audio years.
