Okay, I just had to ask this cuz I have weird tastes. See, I love the skin on extra crispy grilled chicked, but all the grease on the chicken itself makes me sick, so I prefer the chicken grilled. Anybody else have strange tastes like this. Or maybe you like things that would gross people out? C'mon guys, share it all with me!

I guess it's fried...

I'm sort of like you where I like the skin but the grease is kind of gross.

What I do though is peel the skin off a raw chicken and slowly cook it in a pot until the skin is crispy and brown, chicken skin cracklings, add a little chili powder or seasoned salt.

The rest of the chicken I cut up and stir fry... That's to counter act the chicken skin cracklings. :-)

So that's why I picked Fried.

I love chicken period! I do lose a taste for it when I eat it all the time, so then I prefer cow!
Anyways, grilled chicken is healthier, I liked grilled chicken breast. Or any grilled chicken with rice and any kind of beans.

I only like fried chicken wings, cuz they taste the best, with a side of macaroni and cheese, and greens, or potato salad, or fries.


I think people who don't like chicken too much, is because the bad side orders they choose.


Sick of chicken? Switch to steak!

When I fry my chicken with the skin on, I am like you I like it a lot. What i do is when I get it done I put it on a paper towel and then pat the chicken to soak up a lot of the grease. Beleive it not a paper bad ( the kind that you get groceries in works really well).

Grilled is much healthier than fried and I coose grilled.

Skin your chicken first and remove all excess fat. THEN batter it and fry it - will eliminate lots of the grease. You can also bake it to get the crunchy results.

Honestly, I just love chicken...grilled, friends, fingers, sauteed...chicken is just great!
