My question is are the two of you on the same account? If so she really isnt stealing. How does she have access to all your information? Its really isnt right but all this is your mother and I'm sure she had some good reason for borrowing/stealing the money.

Hell no it aint right!!! i mean you saved that money for a reason... and if ppl are taking it out with out u really knowing, its messed up .... especialy since the bank is allowing some one other then you to take out money from the account.

Of course not. How is she able to? Is she a co-owner with you with withdrawal privileges? If so, you need to remove her from the account.

I feel for cause my mom done that to me & it was after we settled out of court from an accident when I was 13 & I got 10,000 dollars she blowed all of it on herself & my brother.
