Light beers help but not that much. The trick is really not to drink to excess. (yea right!!) As far as light beer goes, Amstel light is a pretty good light beer. Miller light is usually a a good choice as well (from a taste standpoint) Most domestic light beers, in my opinion, taste like Shi7. Especialy Bud light. Just try to work out on a regular basis, eat healthy and drink whatever beer you like best, light or otherwise. Cheers!!

All beer will put the weight on but a naturally brewed beer will at least provide some nutrition.
That means that you want to stay away from American beer and try one like Beck's or Lowenbrau or any of the dutch and Czech beers.

Cheers!!

Most beers make you gain weight, so if you don't like the lights, you'd better work out and drink lots of water, not sodas like coke :S. I like a good nice beer sometimes once a week :D.
If you like it too much then just work out :D

none, beer has hops and grains brewed into the mixture, then you let it fement. Even though you drink light beer, with most people they still gain some weight over time.

Miller Lite... 96 callories 6 carbs per 12 oz serving. Also never drink right before bed. Dring plenty of water as you drink beer. This will prevent dehydration and also fill your stomach up to prevent you from drinking to excess.

If you don't want to gain weight, don't drink. It turns to sugar in your system.
If you must go with a very dry red wine.

Guiness is actually very low in carbs because it is low in alcohol.
