Depression is one possibility I guess, if you are still at school, it might be worth having a chat with a school counsellor if you have one - and if not, then an organsation from the phone book.
They might be interested in hearing when this change of feelings started - and if you are undergoing any particualr stress or unhappiness.
The headaches might suggest a trip to the Doc is in order too. Ongoing headaches can cause frustration for many people - and could be part of your problem.
kind regards
Mark

This could be depression, it could also be normal teenager hormonal stuff. You could consider seeing a doctor, here's some other thoughts.
Feeling immediately follows thought. If you think about bad, scary, stressful or painful things you will feel bad. Right away. Try to focus on good things, force your mind toward positive things and away from negative things. This will get easier over time as you conciously change your thought patterns, although you will always have to make concious choices to focus on good things.
Also, smile. When you are alone, with people, whenever. Even if it feels fake. Supposedly, using the muscles involved in smiling triggers a release of chemicals in your brain that make you feel better. Also, people around you will react to the smile in surprising ways. Try it, it really works.
I've been practicing the above for years and can attest to how effective they are. Give it a try, I promise, it will help.
Best wishes!

Yes it is possible, I was the same way when I was teenager. Now I am in my 30's I have a child a job and a life. You are going to be OK. Don't take everything so seriously, don't read everything into anything, and just be a kid. Have a good time find a way or a place you can go to inside yourself or outside yourself to get yourself calm. But for sure tell your parents and if not them your school counselor, and if it turns out you may need medication or just therapy to help you through, then do what ever you need to be happy.

Yes you could be suffering from depression especially if these thoughts & feelings have been going on for awhile. A basic loss of interest in life is not a good thing and you really need to talk to a doctor or an adult about your condition. You may have a chemical embalance and need medication to help you get back to where you feel better again. It may take time but it will happen.

To me, yes it sounds like you are depressed, this is coming from somebody that has lived with depression and anxiety since the age of 6 and i'm 23 now. You did say you are just a kid, I think you should immediatley find somebody to talk to, like your parents, you definatley should go see a doctor and try and get some therapy, and the way you are saying, medication also. That is not good you are having those thoughts, I have been through it myself and it was bad. Hope this helps.

So you got your heart broken for the first time....Not to worry it is a part of life. At your age, you should focus on you acedemics. Not to worry the same girl will chase you after you have acquired your degree and earning big money, living in your bachelor pad.
Don't take dating so seriously. Make friends, not ex-girlfriends.
Try football again, at least you get to socialize with the team....you still need a social life.
Better days will come

I've been facing the same things lately. I'm getting therapy. Thoughts of suicide are extremely serious; go see a doctor or therapist immediately.
All the things you mentioned ar esigns of depression. Again, go see a doctor. And talk to friends who you know can make you feel better.
Good luck. :)
