But, just because we empathize with their failure, we don't have to ignore it, or immediately restore them to their place of leadership. Forgivness should be granted because we all need it. Trust must be earned.

We should be like a bunch of blood-thirsty jackals, waiting to tear at his flesh and eat him alive. Then, with the blood and fat still smeared across our faces, we should gloat and scoff at the impotence of his god to save him and go off greedily to find our next victim.

That we all fall under temptation at one time in our lives or another, and it isn't us to judge them, but give them to God.

Christian leaders are very vulnerable, and when they fall, it is so sad, and I pray earnestly for them.

each case must be taken accourding to the individual facts... there is Biblical guidence for church leadership... and a lot of prayer is needed in any case.
