Angels are real (Acts 5:18-20), and all at their beginning served God. But satan the Devil was once an angel, and in fact a third of all the angels have turned away from God, becoming demons (Revelation 12:3-4, 9, Genesis 6:2). All demons make mistakes because they left Gods guidence, and all angels loyal to God don't make mistakes, because they rely on Gods guidence. And God doesn't make mistakes.

Created by God, not necessarily "of God". They are their own entity, just like you are.
and Yes - biblical example of the nephilim and the times before the flood of Noah. However, once those angels made their mistakes, they were banned from heaven and therefor became demons.

Angels are real. There are angels who obey god and there are angels (demons) - also called fallen angels - who are in rebellion.
The angels of God do not make mistakes - IMHI (in my humble ignorance)
