i love a girl,so i should tell her or not?

i know her from past 2yrs , i do not she likes me or not, i am very stubborn,the girl has attitude problem.

yea! you should tell her how you feel about her and see where it goes... what can it hurt? ... nothing... i'd rather kno than not kno if she likes you... good luck!
