i say you go for it...i had a sort of similar experience...there was a guy in the same grade as me in my second period and i wasn't too sure if he liked me...i knew i liked him, but then i finally talked to him and a week later we ended up going out and have been together for a month now...i guess what i'm trying to say is you never really know what to expect out of a guy *i sure didn't*, but he may just surprise you...and you most likely have a chance if you feel like he likes you...try to have your friends find out for you or something...but don't waste a possible opportunity : D

The best way... is to flirt. Does he flirt back? if so then there is a BIG maybe there! Just ask him... dont be scared to be turned down. Because you will be turned down in tons of other ways in your life time.
