Sit in your room with comforatable clothing, have no sound (or you can get a nature cd play it on low) light a scented candle, sit up striaght and just start thinking of an amazing beach or any landscape you find pretty, and just picutre yourself laying there and being at pure ease.
do that for about 20minutes or longer...
You know it works when you feel completly comfortable and relaxed, then when you open your eyes you wish you were back there.
good luck
Anxiety will go away in time...dont worry

put on some incubus (or any other good music you like), close your eyes and think about nothing... or like a color or something. me and my friends used to just chill out in the shed and meditate for hours... eventually you kind of dream... or hallucinate... im not sure... one time i thought of the color green and was dreaming i was in a forrest... im not sure if there are any rules to meditation... if there is don't listen to me.... but this works for me. If meditation doesn't work... get glacoma and move to california

the best, fastest and easiest way is to take a yoga class
in your local area. when you look at the yoga places pick
one that has a relaxing vibe. or if you can't then just get
a DVD of yoga. yoga is the most popular, readily available
form of mediation.
you could also seek out a buddhist sangha or dharma center near you. they have mediation classes etc.
it is hard to do it alone.
dance meditation is my form. www.dancemeditation.org
but not widely available.
yes, it works to make you stress-free and happy.
but you have to actually do it.
breath is important. getting in touch with your body is the key.

It sure does.... It shows you that there are two worlds...the one outside your body, and the one within...
Dr. Michael Samuels writes gret books about " Seeing with the mind's eye" and any Shaman wrtings...
You are not born with anxiety, you accualy learned in growing up... think about that....learn what bothers you and find ways to see it and control your emotions...
It is a great feeling!
good luck

I can recommend nothing, because it's personal. But...
I _strongly_ recommend you try many methods until you find the best for you.
You can find 112 techniques in the Book of Secrets by Osho.
AT LEAST ONE OF THESE WILL WORK FOR YOU.
