I'm stuck, i just got married in July and i need a good christmas gift idea for my mother in law. Shes not the typical mother in law like she would not like a bath set with lotions and stuff so i want something unique and something she would like she lives in Vegas and i live in Utah so i'm not super close and i dont see her alot so i'm just stumped any suggestions would be appreciated! Seriously, she sounds pretty independent. Maybe you could get her a giftcard to her favorite restaurant? How about a some cool jewelry from TJMaxx or Marshalls. They have really unique pendants that are reasonable. Just find out if she wears gold or silver tones. A lot of newlyweds or new parents give away framed photos of themselves or baby, which I always think is a mistake.
